The hotel is situated in building which was built around 1870 as grain warehouse. It includes a yacht centre and docks located and the front lobby is also an art gallery.
During the course of reconstruction, the original building’s architecture was preserved to give the hotel its special charm.
The hotel is located on the edge of Liepaja’s Trade Canal, a short walk from the Baltic Sea and Liepaja’s favourite entertainment and tourist attractions (St. Trinity’s Cathedral, Rožu laukums - Rose Square, Jurmalas Parks, Latvia’s 1st Rock Cafe, etc).
Many of the hotel’s guest rooms have view of the canal and the Baltic Sea.
